Porta Faucet Makes a Big Splash
After nearly 60 years of crafting contemporary and modern faucets, Porta Faucets has come stateside -- and in style. The Italian maker of kitchen and bath faucets 
had its coming out party in February at Snaidero's Beverly Hills showroom. Plans are for the faucet and cabinet makers to pair up at all of Snaidero's showrooms.

You can find fixture-mounted water filters that easily screw onto the head of standard faucets or more elaborate water filters that need to be installed under the sink. You should consider water filters for any sinks where you frequently drink the water, such as the kitchen or the bathroom sink where you brush your teeth.
