FLORed Again

Fedora

Just received six new samples from FLOR. They've recently launched several new styles and dropped the price on Fedora, their best selling line, to $6.99 per tile. I already liked Fedora for its subtle color variations and environmental sensibility (it's made from 80% post-consumer content), now I like the price.

As for the samples I recieved, I liked the plush thickness and bright colors of In Bloom (Blue), Water Lily (red) and Happy Landings (teal). Mop Top in Bittersweet looks decidedly 1970s and yarns along two edges came out so easily many were missing and floating around the package. This could be because the sample sizes are not full size but are cut from full size samples. When I tugged yarns along the other two edges and in the middle of the sample, they held firmly.
